Photography is a travel through emotions, a story that uses light to develop its plots, as the word “photography” itself teaches, meaning “writing by light”.
Light, emotions, stories. Three key-words to sum up Fabrizio Oliva’s work and philosophy. 50 years old, he is a professional photographer from Como as of 1986, specialized in wedding, portraits and events.
Fabrizio Oliva is the creator and founder partner of ANMF (Associazione nazionale fotografi matrimonialisti), an official association established from his brainchid in 2007 to gather all together Italian photographers dealing with wedding photography, to guarantee an absolute certificated quality and complying with high professional standards to all its customers.
Grown at first in the world and techniques of analogical photography, of “dark room”, of “medium and high format” either in studio or in location, being one step forward, one of the first in his business area, Fabrizio Oliva has been interested in digital photography and to its results in the photographic world since the spring of such new technology, as of 1993.
He has finally chosen digital photography and passed to the new technology as of 2000, specializing in wedding photography.
Winner of a wide range of competitions and holder of many prestigious awards in the world of wedding photography, he has been reported as one of the best photographers of his business area by Tau Visual. Both in Italy and abroad he is often invited to join to professional workshops in the role of teacher and he also cooperates with important studios in Como, Novara, Venezia, Vicenza and Palermo.
Care of detail, obtained by a perfect union between technique and creativity, and the communicative strength of Fabrizio Oliva’s shots underline as a sort of “file rouge” its thirty years of photographic activity. Each shot freezes a moment and, making it eternal, gives it immortality, together with the emotions and sensations connected with it.
Fabrizio Oliva’s shots speak an evocative and fabulous language nonetheless universal, immediate and modern, without baroque fripperies or redundant scenographic artifices: each image communicates an emotional and full of life message, through a perfect mastery of the main photographic techniques and of the light management and its narrative effects. La fotografia è un viaggio tra emozioni, un racconto che si serve della luce per lo sviluppo delle sue trame, come insegna la stessa parola “fotografia", scrittura con la luce”.
Luce, emozioni, racconto. Tre parole chiave che sintetizzano lavoro e filosofia di Fabrizio Oliva, 50 anni, fotografo comasco, professionista dal 1986, specializzato in matrimoni, ritrattistica ed eventi.
E’ ideatore e socio fondatore di ANFM, Associazione Nazionale Fotografi Matrimonialisti, organizzazione ufficiale, nata nel 2007 dall’idea di riunire tutti i fotografi italiani, specializzati in wedding photography, per garantire ai clienti una certificazione di qualità assoluta e aderenza a elevati standard professionali in ambito fotografico.
Formatosi inizialmente all’interno dell’universo e delle tecniche della fotografia analogica, della “camera oscura”, del “medio e del grande formato” in studio e in location.
Precorrendo i tempi, tra i primi del settore, Fabrizio Oliva si interessa alla fotografia digitale e alle sue implicazioni in campo fotografico, sin dagli albori della nuova tecnologia, nel 1993.
Sceglie in via definitiva la fotografia digitale e passa integralmente alla nuova tecnologia nel 2000, specializzandosi quindi nella fotografia di matrimonio.
Vincitore di numerosi concorsi e detentore di riconoscimenti tra i più prestigiosi nel mondo della fotografia di matrimonio, è stato segnalato da Tau Visual tra i migliori fotografi del settore. Viene spesso invitato come docente in seminari professionali sulla fotografia di matrimonio in tutta Italia e all'astero, tiene collaborazioni con prestigiosi studi a Como, Novara, Venezia, Vicenza e Palermo.
La cura del particolare, ottenuta dal connubio perfetto tra tecnica e creatività, e la forza comunicativa degli scatti di Fabrizio Oliva segnano come un filo rosso la sua trentennale produzione fotografica. Ogni foto cristallizza un istante e, rendendolo eterno, lo consegna all’immortalità, insieme alle emozioni e alle sensazioni ad esso legate.
